Bert

It's summer in New Hampshire and I'm trying to get a bit of painting done while I'm working on a picture book. Here is another painting of Bert, this time much smaller and less realistic.

Abstract Blacks

Here are some of my abstract pieces, three others have been given as gifts. I have made ten so far.
It was really hard to get the lighting correct to photograph these paintings, it is still off, I will replace these photos if I can get some better shots of them.

I thought this blog would be a nice way to show my friends and family what I have been painting here in Arizona. This is a painting of our dog Bert. I had been painting mostly abstract works but Jeremy, my husband, convinced me to try some portraits. This is my third portrait, I'll get the others up soon. I hope you enjoy checking out my artwork.
